Logvale

Built and once owned by the old Woodcutter Guild of Keralon, this small town fell in to disrepair after the guilds' rebellion against the king. Keralon's constant need for wood forces the loggers to return each year and from early spring to late fall the town is once again inhabited. Come winter the loggers all return home to spend the cold season with their families.   The town was built several miles from the Lorewood to avoid any retaliations by magical forest dwellers. The town is small with a wooden palisade which is always manned by armed loggers, hired mercenaries or Keralon soldiers.   When operational, each day expeditions are sent out to clear small thickets of trees among the hills. Larger expeditions in to the Lorewood are sent out occasionally. These expeditions are accompanied by armed mercenaries or soldiers and at least one arcane practitioner.
