Herald in Keralon. Mostly provides jobs for the High City Circles. He semi-permanently resides in Vol's Folly, an inn in the Truesilver district, next to the dueling field. From here he keeps an eye out for promising young warriors who could we worthy of a Pledge to earn their Mettle and a way into a Circle.
