The Coven of Commerce
The coven of commerce, while not a member of The Hartfawn, is one of the largest covens in all of Kelarpian. They are also one of the only covens to work directly with the Kelarpese Government and even to have a member of the coven who usually sits as the Minister of Coin. The Coven of Commerce has eight separate divisions that each have a leader and members underneath them. The coven is run by a council that represents each of these divisions. The members of the council are not the heads of the divisions, but rather they work together to properly support each sector. The Coven of Commerce does not report to Witch Queen, or The Hartfawn, but rather reports only directly to a quorum vote of the Kelarpian Finance Committee.
