The Vey’Zari vekra (symbol: ⱽҜ; currency code: VKR) is the official and primary physical currency of the Vey’Zari population across Thauzuno. Vekra coins are forged from high-durability alloy composites, designed for longevity in harsh urban environments, and are universally accepted across all major syndicate-controlled territories, shadow bazaars, and independent settlements. Each vekra token is hexagonal in shape, engraved with a combination of the ⱽҜ symbol, factional sigils, serial glyphs, and micro-etched anti-counterfeiting patterns unique to each minting batch.   The vekra is subdivided into fractional denominations, with each major coin—referred to colloquially as “standards”—further broken into lesser-value “shards” (1 vekra = 10 shards). Higher denominations are issued as “weight-vekra,” physically larger coins with distinct edge cuts and embedded magnetic data strips.
