Tholvin is infamous for his cunning misdirection, preferring to cripple entire blocks with infrastructure hacks or precision EMP traps rather than brute violence. Compact and lean, Tholvin looks more like a courier than a threat, but that’s how he survives—he blends, adapts, and disappears before the smoke clears. His bounty, currently set at ⱽҜ162,000,000, "payable only if he's dead", but there's a standing bonus if he can be taken alive. It is the highest on public record for any living target in Vey'Zari history—enough to launch a private war or bankrupt a minor syndicate overnight. He’s the reason convoys now travel with a triple escort, numerous drones, and air support, and his signature move—short-circuiting entire security grids with homebuilt pulse bombs.   Born to a tech-scavenger mother and a courier father who vanished before he could walk, Tholvin grew up between the data vault squats and illegal meshnet arcades. By age seven, he’d already reprogrammed his first drone to pickpocket market stalls. By twelve, he was selling custom scrambler codes to syndicate runners in exchange for safe passage or gear.
