Med-Corps is not a welfare institution; its triage protocol prioritizes operatives, enforcers, and useful assets, leaving unaffiliated or freelance mercs to crowd the exterior peripheries where low-tier cybermeds and generic chems are dispensed through AI-run kiosks.   Vaxx’s reputation is built on its brutal efficiency.
