Med-Corps is not a humanitarian institution; its triage protocol prioritizes operatives, contract enforcers, and useful assets, leaving unaffiliated civilians to crowd the exterior peripheries where low-tier cybermeds and generic stabilizers are dispensed through AI-run kiosks.   Vaxx’s reputation is built on its brutal efficiency.
