Taz’Corzin

Taz’Corzin is the fifth largest industrial mega-cities on Thauzuno—a relic hardened by centuries of war-economies. Founded in the mid-1900s, Taz’Corzin was originally a manufacturing zone built atop a collapsed tectonic depression—chosen for its proximity to geothermal veins, rare-metal faultlines, and deep-plate reactor beds. Unlike other cities like Taz’Vaar that grew out of a single syndicate consolidation, Taz’Corzin is shaped instead by the raw logistics of extraction, production, and militarized containment. Its districts are carved directly into the bedrock, reinforced by ferro-crete strata and fusion-welded structural vaults, with many mid-layer sectors remaining operational despite their age. Most of the city is subterranean or semi-subterranean—multi-tiered industrial stacks rising only occasionally above the surface in the form of blast-forged factory towers and surface refineries known as “stack cores.” Above ground, the skyline is choked by filtration rigs, cargo lifters, and corroded stormbreak gantries—each one a monument to functionality over form.
