Surkaria System

The Surkaria System is a triple-star system located deep within the Sagittarius Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy, approximately 6,789 light-years from Sol. It is a Hivivian-controlled system, as well as the home system of the Shilizel, a secondary core founding race of the Hivivian Empire. The system is complex and dynamically marginally stable, composed of three stars—Surkaria-A, an evolved red giant; Surkaria-B, a stable K-class main-sequence star; and Proxima Surkaria, a distant M5V red dwarf in a wide, slightly eccentric orbit. It hosts five known planets, including three terrestrial worlds (Surkaria I, Surkaria II "Shalita", and Surkaria III), one gas giant (Surkaria IV), and one ice giant (Surkaria V).   Originally, however, the Surkaria System possessed seven planets; the first two were destroyed when Surkaria-A entered its red giant phase. The expansion of Surkaria-A caused significant orbital drift due to mass loss, altering the system’s architecture. Surkaria is notable for its evolved stellar dynamics, intense radiation environment, and unusually resilient planetary system.
