Staalzi Imperium
The Staalzi Imperium is a democratic monarchy with a hereditary empress as the head of state. Divided into three branches: the executive (the Empress and royal council), the legislative (the civilian Assembly), and the Judicial. Other than the Empress and royal councilors, Staalzi governance has no politicians or appointed leaders. Instead, all citizens participate in debate forums where they can propose, debate, or vote on matters of economic, social, political, or judicial, overseen by AI moderators. This system ensures that everyone has equal say in what policies will be enacted, leading to better collective decisions which benefit everyone involved. The Staalzi have an impressive system of governance which values cooperation and understanding between its citizens. They recognize that resources are finite and should be traded between cities rather than hoarded. This has enabled them to create a society which works for the greater good without sacrificing their own cultural identity.
