Department of the Army and Navy
The Department of the Army and Navy is one of the four Tier-3 military departments within the Department of the Military of the Caniic Hierarchy. The Department of the Army and Navy is the government agency within which the Hierarchy Army and Navy, is organized, and it is led by the administrator of the Army and Navy, who has statutory authority to conduct its affairs and to prescribe regulations for the Hierarchy, subject to the limits of the law, and the directions of the administrator of the Military and the Governor-General.
The administrator of the Army and Navy is a civilian (reserve forces) official appointed by the Governor-General and confirmed by the Senate. The highest-ranking military officer in the department is the chief of command of the Army and Navy, who is also a member of the United Chiefs of Command. Other senior officials of the department are the assistant administrator of the Army and Navy (principal deputy to the administrator) and the vice chief of command of the Army and Navy (principal deputy to the chief of command.)
