Data-Link Mercenary Guild

The Data-Link Mercenary Guild is a mercenary faction specializing in espionage, counter-espionage, data hacking and encryption, and infiltration. Data-Link is one of the few known merc guilds that openly allows freelance operatives to affiliate within, and operate without swearing alliance to the guild. The guild is headquartered within Taz'Vaar, but operates within and around nearly forty-seven other Mega Cities across Thauzuno. This expansive reach allows it to maintain a persistent presence in nearly every major urban theater of conflict and commerce, making the guild both a visible and invisible force depending on the demands of its contracts.   Data-Link’s core expertise lies in the handling, manipulation, and protection of information. Its operatives are routinely hired to breach secure systems, intercept classified transmissions, or shield sensitive data from hostile intrusion. In environments where information flow often determines the outcome of larger conflicts, Data-Link has cultivated a reputation as both a safeguard and a threat. Clients often employ the guild when conventional armed mercenaries are either too visible or too indiscriminate, as Data-Link’s value is measured in its ability to achieve objectives without drawing attention or leaving traceable evidence.
