Administrator of State

The Hierarchy administrator of state is a member of the executive branch of the government of the Caniic Hierarchy and the head of the Hierarchy Department of State. The office holder is one of the highest ranking members of the governor-general's Governorate.   Created in 1910 with Grim Arisǫgr as its first office holder, the administrator of state represents the Hierarchy to foreign countries and races, and is therefore considered analogous to a foreign minister in other countries. The administrator of state is appointed by the governor-general of the Hierarchy and, following a confirmation hearing before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, is approved by the Hierarchy Senate. The administrator of state, along with the administrator of the Military, administrator of Health and Warfare Services, administrator of Tíreian Security, are generally regarded as the four most crucial Governorate members because of the importance of their respective departments.
