Te'armann Sa'bhaite

Originally a desolate and dilapidated farm found by the 4 time-hopping planes-walking adventurers, its sole occupants were an Artificer Gnome and a Warforged Fighter. Due to the "acquirement" of a deed by Bran Camlann and gifted to Medea Delphi, the farm has been renamed and is now the new base of operations for the adventurers and for lack of a better term... home.
