Hafolk

Fourth-born of the mortal species, created by the god/dess Lum. The Hafolk were made to be wily and as adaptable as the mercurial Lum. They were born in what is now the continent of Lathos. When they were created, it was a deep jungle and forest area. The hafolk lived in nomadic tribes, living off the land.   After the cataclysm that split the continents, Lathos' became much less tropical. The hafolk were forced to adapt to survive. Many continued their nomadic lifestyle in the new Fahin Desert, but others settled down along the coasts. They learned a lot about agriculture from their human neighbors, as well as how to protect themselves from the newly-created hordes of goblins and orcs.
