The final of the Dead trio, Weddar lives in purgatory; A realm that acts as the end of the black river and has paths connecting directly to the heavens and hells. His power is to judge the life of a soul and decide where to go; which realm to go to and what fragment of that realm. He is the dark one that has the least information known about them.
