Infranitian
The language of the stars
Roots and Rules
Infranitian was developed by Ararrelion during his younger years of Infranitia, and is a complicated and smooth language with few consonants, and many slurring sounds comprise a significant portion of the syntax. It is generally quite easy to pick up once its theory is understood, but fluent speakers often reach over 180 wpm while speaking, and they often perform at this speed for extended amounts of time, often getting less fluent speakers lost incredibly easily. Ararrelion developed Infranitian as a way to split from galactic common, even though he speaks the very roots of that language; English, incredibly fluently. Infranitian conversations are often so fast that a non-speaker would think they are merely blurting gibberish at a ridiculous speed, so Infrantian should be practiced often to avoid becoming lost if moving to Infranitia.
Syntax
(Infranitian syntax is complicated, and even though I have currently no decisive symbolism, I can teach ya'll the basics at least. NO, i am not Western.) The Infranitian language is made up of many different syntax rules, but the most major is the apostrophe: (').
RULES OF THE APOSTROPHE
- An apostrophe must be use whenever a longer syllable sound is desired in conjunction with another vowel, without adding the affects of the following vowel; ex: Ararrelli'on (Ar- UH-rell-EEH-yon, in the stead of a consonant. Arsiiali'on
- An apostrophe shall not be used more than once in one vowel transition; ex: Sytho''is (improper word: no pronunciation)
- An apostrophe shall be used after the consonants S, H, L, D, or F to provide an effective transition; ex: Orls'io (OR-ul-ssi-EO)
- An apostrophe shall act as a transition in-between two letter sound combinations that proceed a vowel; ex: Sh'ald (SHH-al-dh)
- The use of double vowels after an apostrophe such as I or A shall act as an extension to that word's sentence polarity; ex: (Kar'iin - {negative}_)
Sentence Formation
Infranitan's sentence formation syntax is somewhat similar to galactic common, HOWEVER, there are several key differences. Infanitian sentence formation is considered OSV, instead of the widely used SVO syntax; ex: The flames, the commander spotted.
