Oiequo
Oiequo is the Neutral Good god of fortune and good luck. They symbolize the rolling of dice in one's favor, and useful coincidences. Though Oiequo is a Good-aligned god, they also favor the likes of gamblers, swashbucklers of all kinds, and anyone looking for a little luck coming their way. Other names referring to Oiequo may include "The Greatest Fortune," "The Die Loader," and "Maybe's Master."
Oiequo is often fickle with divine favor outside of clerics and paladins they choose to spread their faith- Good Luck may shine down for a moment on he who prays to the Greatest Fortune, only to find that such luck has been drained and lost, leaving place for misfortune to ebb in. Oiequo's priesthood hold firm belief that there is an innate luck in everyone, a resource that is called upon in times of need, and that when Oiequo does bless those in prayer, they are merely empowering or enhancing that innate luck, temporarily, not influencing the world around that person. The priesthood explains the sudden disappearance of good luck as the temporary blessing fading, leaving the innate luck of those people exhausted and waning.
When involving themself in mortal affairs, Oiequo never strays far from a game of chance- Often calling over those they wish to interact with while playing (And, of course, winning). Oiequo often adopts the form of a Halfling with shoulder-length, golden hair, wearing a holster with a single knife, and valuable-looking clothing. When challenged to reasonable games of luck, Oiequo will always accept, and will often promise, on their honor, to not use divine powers to interfere with the chance that the outcome will go in their favor- But only when explicitly challenged, as any game they deal themselves into will often be a sweeping, clearly influenced, victory.
