Jagerv
Jagerv is the Chaotic Neutral god of ingenuity, craftsmanship, and invention. They represent the spark of new creation, and some theorize that the god had a hand in the creation of the world as it is now- Though those claims are highly contested, as that would suggest Jagerv's power supersedes all others, being able to manifest the material plane into existence. Jagerv makes little to no effort to prove or disprove these claims, but takes some pride in the theories, playing it up when someone may claim it in front of him.
The Inventor, as he is sometimes referred to, does not appear to hold domain over creation itself, but the generation of new ideas and concepts, such as the invention and "Eureka!" moments of inventors and scientists. As such, he is often sought out and worshipped by those who pursue new, un-pondered areas in fields of study and crafting. A scientist seeking new methods of mass travel across planes of existence may pray to Jagerv, should they be of deep faith, and are willing to put their fate in the hands of the often-distracted god.
In the mortal realm, Jagerv's appearance is always eccentric, almost always standing out in a crowd. Most forms might appear as that of a half-elf male, and any form will have odd, light-blue markings on the wrists, neck, and around the crown of the forhead. In person, Jagerv is easily distractible, amused, and his curiosity piqued, only to be drawn away by something equally, if not more, disinteresting, yet significant to the god. Yet, should one manage to wrangle the god's bouncing train of thought, it is easy to tell that he is of a god's mind, and a highly intelligent god at that.
