Dirburg
Dirburg is a mostly-human settlement to the south of the Elderwoods' border, and the north of Dead Man's Unrest. The city is simple, and doesn't particularly specialize in any imports or exports, mainly farming to keep the citizens self-sustaining. It features few shops for basic supplies, and is often overlooked as a smaller settlement on maps.
Dirburg is, for the large part, a part of the system of settlements under the churches' of Altan's jurisdiction when it comes to Religion. Most citizens worship the central seven dieties, with a minority of people pursuing other beliefs. While the major religions remain predominant in Dirburg's populace, events have lead to the distrust and lack of confidence in the settlement's church. Government The town mayor, Erin Dahl, is a LN Halfling (46) who generally deals only with disputes between Dirburg's residents. Most of the legal issues surrounding Dirburg are handled via laws from Altan, and enforced by Dahl and the few guards he keeps as a local militia. Very little is generally needed to be done in Dirburg.
Most of Dirburg's population are Humans, but other minor races include Half-Orcs, Dwarves, Halflings, and Tieflings.

Most of those living in Dirburg live simple lives- Below average living, but many prefer it that way. Farmers are common, and only two shops exist, as spots for adventurers to gather supplies.
