Structure
The RAG guildmaster is Jeannea, a female human fighter who leads the guild and represents them in political conversation with other guilds, nobles, and the duchess.
The RAG is separated into tiers of membership: Dragon, Bear, Tiger, Panther, Wolf. Each tier has a guild leader that each of the companies reports to. Each company has a treasurer responsible for paperwork and funds, though all members of a company are considered equal, legally.
