The Hidden Temple of the Scaled Mother

The crew continued their trek through the crab traps without any additional crabs coming stirring in the waters. However, the adventurers came upon a trapped - or totally not trapped this was the plan all along - dwarf. After Umdir dive-bombed the crab trap and punched it a bunch, Dara Proudstone was released from the trap. The group learned that Dara had heard word of the yuanti's attack on the grippli and figured she could handle the trouble herself. The entire group made their way to the breakwater and each found their own unique way over or through the gate. On the other side of the gate, the group’s chaotic entry alerted a small band of yuanti guards, low on the yuanti caste system and easy to vanquish. Dara confided in Ara that she had some information that there is an encampment of yuan-ti near pond mother’s home. After being convinced to share this information, the group decided to head right toward the temple talked about in the Book of Cylinders. The group came across the correct encampment where the temple should be located, but it was empty. Richard remembered his dispel magic scroll and revealed the temple to the scaled mother. The group fought and defeated a group of yuanti halfbloods and a more powerful group of yuanti abominations.
