As the last of the wartorn followers set down their arms, the Great Drakes then let it be decreed, that this day was to be a holiday as a day of peace and as a founding of their country. And while conflicts were still to arise between the various followers, no more were they to turn to the sword to settle these differences. Instead chosen representatives of the dragons would from then forth settle such conflicts, and failing that the drakes themselves would become the highest authority on the matter.
