Leadership
At the center of power for Bifang keep, in fact the whole country of Kelnor, is the Argenthrone and the Royal Council, followed by the Vigils (the countries judicial body who are apponted by the king). After that is the city’s Exarch, who manages the city guard, city laws and other matters of culture significance such as festivals and the appointment of the Guild Masters who govern the various trades in the City.

Significant parts of the city exist inside the Bifang mountains, with heavy Stone walls surrounding the outer areas and enchanted adamantine gates allowing entrance and exit.

Geography
Bifang Keep is built on and into the twin mountains known, collectively as the Bifang Mountains. Ice melt from the peaks, as well as an underground river that runs through the lower levels provide fresh water for the city.
