Scorpius
The nation of Scorpius is one of creativity and invention. Waterwheels power farms and mines along the Emboo river, and fire spells are used to heat large cooking pots. The pursuit of both historical and groundbreaking knowledge is a way of being in Scorpius, and many technological advancements, such as paper, bowling, door locks, and more, can be traced to the area.
Rulership
Scorpius is ruled by a pharaoh priest whose lineage has been given the divine right to rule by Ra, the god of the sun. The pharaoh has absolute authority over all of Scorpius. When a pharaoh dies, a pyramid is built to hold their mummified corpse. No security was needed for these pyramids, as anyone who disturbed them would face the wrath of Ra.
