The Farrow
The Farrow is a large, expansive swamp that appeared during the Rupture. Several new and magical plants grow in the Farrow, making it of particular interest for alchemists and druids. The Wardens of the Farrow attempt to maintain order and keep track of who goes into the Farrow and what they leave with. However, not everyone appreciates their efforts, and they cannot keep everyone safe. Bands of poachers enter the swamp at secret docks to try and forage the plants that the Wardens prohibit. If they came across legitimate foragers, they are likely to rob them and even kill them. The creatures that live in the swamp are varied and all highly dangerous. It is unknown how many unique creatures lurk in the water and on the small islands scattered throughout. Wardens, foragers, and poachers alike choose to avoid these creatures rather than fight them. However, the few that do fight them are often able to extract rare and unique items that sell for a good amount of gold.
