Onan Korsandiai
Sitting atop a hill overlooking Lake Tainon, the Onan Korsandiai of Ytar is one of dozens of sanctuaries devoted to the Cult of the Healing Waters. Much like other similar shrines, this one also serves as a hospital, attending all who cross its doors.''May this be a place of lifeMay all pain find here its graveMay all wounds be washed awayMay all who enter leave healed-May our water fight diseaseMay all find her warm embraceMay all have their woes takenMay all find in her safety''-the site's official poem

Kiorain's Tale
''And thus Bright-eyed Kiorain, bloodied and lost, fell down the hole. Only to rise again. Oh! Healed and free from all pain''.Should local traditions be believed, the temple was founded by a woman called Kiorain. Her early years were good, leading a peaceful life with her family in the surrounding mountains. However, the peace and quiet were not to last forever. No more than 13 years, in fact, as her house was burnt down by a rival clan and all her kin slaughtered. Luckily, Kiorain was able to escape this fate and ran into the wilderness. Unluckily for the maiden, though, she was not alone in the forest, the koreol soon finding her. Even if they didn't manage to capture the lady, the chase left her bloodied, hurt and scared. Eventually, she misstepped and fell down a hole, her body plunging into pool below. What should have been Kiorain's grave proved to be her salvation, as she was healed by the waters. Thus, in awe of the spring's powers, she decided to devote her whole life to the site, soon building the Onan Korsandiai.
