Zap Lasso

By combining some rope, wire, and a lightning augment, you have found a way to make a lasso THAT SHOCKS THINGS.

To use: make an attack on an entity with this item. If it hits, the target gets Stunned and is lassoed by you. You can then choose to either keep them there or spend another action to bring them towards you.

You may re-apply & lassoed target by using an action.

Note: Does not work on inorganic entities that are not metalic/robotic. Keeping an entity lasso'd requires both hands and all of your focus, hence it taking another action to keep them restrained.
