Sometimes the best help is that of allies, and sometimes they need help so that you can carry out your end of the bargain.
This spell converts your vitality into vitality that an ally's body can accept and Heal with.
How much of your own health you give is up to you. Your ally who you heal with this spell gains Health Points equal to the amount you gave them.
Note: For each point of Health Points that your ally receives, you lose that much.
This spell will consume Temporary Health before your normal health.
You cannot give more health than you have, nor can an ally receive more health than their maximum.
You can not die to this effect.
