Absorb Attack
An attack is heading right towards you! It's too late to dodge now, and all you can do is put up your best defenses! Instinctively, your body absorbs the attack, turning the attack into health equal to that of 25% (rounded up) of the total damage that was going to be dealt.
It also allows you to regain +1 Spell Castings from the attack.
Note: This spell can only be cast on yourself in response to an attack on you or at your location.
This negates the attack & converts some of the would-be-damage into health for you.
