Blood Oath Magic
Ancient magic used by Florivian border patrols to keep out unwanted guests
Effect
Triggered by slicing the hand/wrist of the desired target, letting the blood drop to the ground of the protected land, and the reciting of the spell: "If I let you pass through this land, you must never tell a soul of its whereabouts, or you will face dire consequences." After this is done, the target must pass through peacefully. If this promise is broken, or even intended to be broken, the target will die a painful and gruesome death.

The scar left by the guard will never heal
Manifestation
While reciting the incantation, the target's blood will glow.

It has been passed down by generation after generation of Florivians and has been used for thousands and thousands of years. The border patrol is really the only group of Florivians that use this magic, but everyone is taught this spell in their final year of school.
