Veltik Peregrine 72 "Perry"
Model History:
The Veltik company, coming off of a rather nice run for commercial spacecraft in the late 60s, began designing their next new model. This one moved away from their 'no atmosphere' approach to spaceship design and included atmospheric engines for the first time in their lineup since the 40s. It was generally met with good results, the price was quite a bit higher than most would say is reasonable for a Veltik, but others would say that this is the best ship of their lineup, full with 6 sphere capabilities and chreneb drive included.
This specific Peregrine was found by Petra who modified it and got it back in flying condition. In the process, the ship's AI, required to run the spheres, got its restrictions removed, and wishes to be called "Perry".
Power Generation
Has a Veltik 670 fusion reactor that generates power for the ship. Requires hydrogen to run. Note: In some models, there is a fission reactor, but it is not common
Propulsion
Includes a Chreneb Drive for FTL travel, and a Veltik 680 chem drive which requires oxidizer and liquid fuel.
Weapons & Armament
Most civilian versions of this ship don't come with any armaments preattached, however Petra has attached a point defense laser on top and a small coilgun on the front.

Reinforced steel plating along with radiation reflectors for the high radiation environments of Chreneb wormholes.

Has a connection terminal to the network along with capabilities for laser communication and channels for radio through to infrared.
