Skaya
Skaya is a country founded on the premise that magic is everything and thus everything within the country is powered by magic. The citizens that live within Skaya are commonly born with magic and if they aren't they studily for years in order to obtain it. The housing in Skaya is diverse anything from flying house to towers reaching to the sky, within the largest of these towers lives a grey old man who spends his days reading, his name is Altrax but he is more commonly known as the Arch-Mage. A person born without magic and cannot study to get it will be exiled without hesitation.
