This is a strange and eldritch world that is predominantly populated by aberrant creatures and unusual, hostile environments. The world is lit by the glowing eyes of an immense creature that eternally circles the world, and the opening and closing of the three eyes that face the landscape provide different levels of light throughout the daily cycle. The predominant humanoid race are the warlike hobgoblins, but there is some evidence to suggest that they are not native to this world. Psionic powers are commonplace and varied.
