Penelope is a fey being growing up her family had to escape her their home in Andina to Ibridia due to riots and civil clashes. In the process she lost her godfather and was given his dagger in memory of him. She knows the dagger contains the spirit of zoros his patron but she never wanted to make a pact with him. Penelope along with several other families rebuilt their home in the west of Ibridia remaking their own fey courts but then the fae civil war happened. people she thought she knew inside out choose the opposite side to her even her best friend. Though the best friend wanted Penelope to join him she couldn't.
When he was killed and Penelope was left to die she finally made a deal with zoros. In exchange for power she would help him gain a mortal body.

She is a noble women she studied magic,languages,history,dancing and other subject alongside her brother.
