Once per quarter you may choose to boost the capabilities of the other artifacts. If you do, any artifacts attuned to you that regain after a long rest are changed to short rest. As well as any powers that can only be used a number of times per quarter now gain an extra use. This effect lasts for 24 hours, or until a long rest is taken.
