You have the rare ability to absorb magical energy, gaining the following benefits:- You can use your reaction to absorb a spell or magical effect targeted at you, gaining temporary hit points equal to the spell's level or the effect's CR.
- You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, after which you must complete a long rest to use it again. Drawback: After using this ability roll a d20, on a nat 1 you gain two levels of exhaustion.
