Tingle
Tingle was a fabled, yet eccentric map maker. He is said to have believed himself to be a fairy, modelling his clothes on that of the The Hero of Time. He used balloons to elevate himself to higher vantage points for more accurate maps. Tingle's Mountain is named after him.
