As an action you create a 15 foot cone of wind in front of you. All medium or smaller creatures within that cone must make a DC12 Dextetity saving throw. On a failed save, creatures are moved 15 feet away from you. If the creature failed the save by 5 or more, they are also knocked prone.
In addition once per day, while wielding this shield, you may cast the spell "Feather Fall", targeting only yourself. This effect resets at dawn.
