Martial Arts Styles: MA128 Xiashuiquan {Water}
Xiashuiquan, AKA Deep Sea Boxing, first appeared in the depths of the Ocean Endless and can be found in submarine societies across the world. It is said that the Neptunites adapted the now-lost 13 Elements Hand to submarine conditions during the war between the gods and the Newmans. As one of the few styles in the world that can be used effectively while swimming and facing opponents from all possible directions, it is the favourite style of all submarine martial artists. It depends on its user being naturally adept at submarine movement and able to breathe underwater, and because of this cannot be taught to land dwellers.
