Martial Arts Styles: MA056 Old Neijing {Spirit}
Weng Chun, or Old Neijing, is the oldest Spirit style that can be learned outside a monastery. It consists of the distilled soft internal aspects of 13 Elements hand with only on aggressive special maneuvers. Old Neijing is primarily studied for its meditative qualities, but as an influence on many later arts, can be a useful starting point for a student looking to build up their spirit and body before attempting to learn more deadly combat skills.
