Martial Arts Styles: MA025 Joga {Light}
Joga is an internal art intended to strengthen the body and mind and does not involve explicit combat training, although combat-applicable skills are developed along the way. Exercises and meditative poses form the curriculum of Jogic instruction, and the bulk of its practitioners are divines and sages. The Kshatriya is the sole warrior class given access to the secrets of the art, and with its high armour class bonus, it proves a very useful compliment to other Kshatriya-preferred styles. Many of the exercises practiced within Joga have been incorporated into numerous other martial arts styles.
