Duties

  • Gathering physical evidence from crime scenes: Collecting physical evidence from the crime scenes and processing the evidence.
  • Interviews and interrogations: Questioning the witnesses and victims and the suspects trying to get information
  • Surveillance: Conducting public, court and online record for relvant information
  • Record Searches: researching public and court, online also crimial history.
  Case management and Preparation
  • Documentation: Writing detail reports, case files and notes about the actvities and observations writing down the findings also.
  • Analysis: Analyzing tthe collected evidence and connecting the facts that is collected to create a story of the crime
  • Prosecutorial Collaborating: The investigators collaborate with prosecutors to build a strong case with preparing files and making sure that the evidence meets the standards legally.
  • Scene Management: The investigators are processing crime scenes to protect the evidence that they collected
  Court and Legal Responsibilities
  • Testimonies: There are people who are presenting evidence and testimonies.
  • Warrant Acquisition: The officers are obtaining search warrants and arrest warrents

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: The officers using logic and creativity skills to solve the complex cases
  • Integrity and Ethics: the officers that is operating with leggal and ethical boundries and maintaining cofidentiality
  • Persistence: Revisting the locationd to look at the evidence seeing what you missed and re interviewing the suspects to make the case strong
