The Vault
Officially called the Off World Artifacts Department of The Watch, the "Vault" is a massive building that houses some of the most dangerous items in Horizon. Often thought of as the most secure location known to the Horizians. Originally it was simply a facility to examine and ensure no unsafe items were let loose on the city. While technically run by the Watch, most of the work is done by associates of the Church and College.
