City Services
The City Services is a representative group of the Board of Directors that runs the The Chamber of Commerce. In the public eye, the City Services performs public duties throughout Horizon These include the keeping the city clean, setting up installations for city events, performing repair work to city infrastructure, and numerous other tasks.
There is a sordid side to the City Services that is spoken about in whispers. Those who consider themselves thieves or criminals control the organization. It serves like a Thieve's Guild would on other worlds. The City Services is run by Corin Blanco though many rumors surround whether that is his actual name or if he is really in charge at all.
