Veshioun

The Veshioun ware from the 40 Eridani star system. They took on the name Veshioun when the Sister Worlds became their own nation. They still considered themselves to be from their homeworld, Iziwou, until their former nation tried to kill them. They reached the Alixemnin system and requested aid and asylum. They then became one of the founding cultures of the Planetary Coalition.
