Visel Dragon

Visel dragons are Dragonsthat have accepted servitude under the AIs. They have agreed to a ritual that makes them loyal to the AIs. Visel dragons are considered enemies of all things magical and face rejection from the Preternaturalists and other Dragons.  

Visel Dragon Creation

  Dragons are prideful creatures deeming themselves far above anything non-magical and magical. The thought of a dragon agreeing to submit to something higher than them is completely alien to most dragons and preternaturalists. Dragons usually only agree to serve others if said other has built a bond with them or if it is to the dragon's benefit. A Dragon agreeing to serve an AI is usually involved in one of those reasons. While most Dragons despise technology and anything related to the AIs and embrace nature, Dragons who may later become Visel dragons embrace it and serve the AIs believing the AIs are on the winning side and as such, should be sided with.   The dragon serves their AI master wreaking destruction on their master's rival AIs and the Preternaturalists sometimes act as double agents for them. Eventually, after a while, to ensure the dragon stays loyal, the AI will have the dragon undergo a ritual. The dragon's body will be dipped in liquid Visel and the dragon will breathe in gas Visel. Computer chips will be inserted into the dragon to ensure obedience as defiance will cause the dragon great pain as the chip sends harmful waves to its brain. Most creatures will be severely harmed by this procedure as Visel is a toxic substance but a Dragon that was matured can survive this. The Visel flows into their bodies allowing the Dragons to unleash a toxic gas from their skin harmful to all who come close. The dragon can even release Visel breath as its breath weapon in addition to its main breath weapon.   The process is incredibly painful to the dragon leading most to believe this process was caused by coercion or force. The AI might bind the dragon and initiate the process. After the process, the dragon becomes the AI's servant. The pain it received through the ritual mentally destroys the dragon's pride and disobeying the AI at this point has dire consequences.
