Ring of Enro

Using the focus of the caster, they are able to freeze anyone in a form of magical energy. It only works if it contains their full attention; if even a bit of focus wavers, people will be able to break out. The user is unable to multitask.

The Ring was crafted by a Curseborn man by the name of Romulous, who was a notorious thief. He wanted to create an item that could freeze the authorities or civilians whenever he wanted. After years of study and hard work, he created the ring of Enro, able to freeze anyone in place using sheer focus. He was distracted people would be able to break out. He kept the ring and its power to himself, allowing him to become one of the most infamous thieves of the time. Years passed, and he got older, then the demon of consumption arrived, trying to consume their world. Everyone was working together to protect their homes, and he was too. Using the ring, he was able to completely freeze the demon in place, allowing the others to use magic to strip it of its magic, send it to a pocket dimension, and bind its consciousness to a book. Using the ring on that big of a target for that long drained him of his energy, and he ended up passing away 2 weeks after the fall.
