Earthborn
Earthborn is an organization made up of Druid Guilds that believe that in order to protect the circle of life and ensure natural balance, they have to unleash the fury of nature on the outsiders. The druids have tried for years to educate and peacefully redirect people away from poaching, pollution, deforestation, etc. Now, These groups of druids have had enough of being ignored and call moss breathers among other names and will use their magic to destroy buildings, hurt people, and more to get attention, make people hear them and intimidate them into respecting nature.
Structure
Thyme, the governor general, sits on the kingdom council to discuss new laws or changes to old laws to make life better for her fellow druids and nature as a whole. She is not the only druid on the council; there is another one (TBD) who has a wildly different way of thinking than hers. They balance each other out as they try to get the rest of the council to listen to their concerns.
Below her are the guild masters. The Earthborn organization is made up of druid guild who all belive in protecting nature and following the circle of life their way and preventing people from taking advantage of it.
Below the guild masters are the guild members, who are usually the ones carrying out the orders from Thyme or the masters, acting in ways to get their message across.
Culture
They are more agressive yet still care for each other like family, they are ride or dies in these guilds. If you leave the guild you are officially dead to the entire organization. They are very tight lipped about secrets and will not risk any exposure to spies so if someone comes from a guild with opposing ideology they are imidietly turned away.
Public Agenda
Nature is not just gentile breezes and blooming flowers, its also hurricanes, earthquakes, animal attacks and more they will attack anyone that disrespects nature in their precens because they believe that the on;y way people will learn to follow the circle of life is to learn how scary nature truly can be. Harsh punishments for those who don't listen to scare everyone into listening. They commit Eco Terrorism against people they believe are hurting nature.
Assets
gold power, guild halls, many members, both wealthy and poor, they have their connection with nature, which allows access to animals and spirits of ancestors to also come at their calls.
