Kabal ban Kablus is the owner and proprietor of the Dewback's Drink, a favorite tavern of dragonborn and Qartagonians in the Holy City of Jeharoa. She is a Mashiqi female kobold commoner.

General Physical Condition
A sharp-tongued and sharp-scaled kobold with dark orange scales, cherry red eyes, and a messy apron. She has a dozen or so piercings through her horns, eyebrows and frills.

Personal history
Dewback’s Drink was once just the estate of a wealthy Qartagonian noble in the city. After the Pilgrims took Jeharoa, the estate was abandoned. Shortly thereafter, a kobold family started to squat in the abandoned structure. They were led by a kobold named Kablus and they decided to open a tavern to earn some money. Kablus died years later, and the inn was taken over by his eldest daughter, Kabal. Today, the inn is the most popular watering hole in all of the Dewback's Drink. It maintains this by being not owned by dragonborn—which would offend the Pilgrim aristocracy—while also maintaining the culture of the Qartagonians. These include offering a variety of flavored water pipes, za’atar tea, and fermented turmeric ciders as well as having Qartagonian entertainment, including fire dancers and singers who perform in High Draconic.
