Urgarmugs Fabricator

A magical item from the Elderdays, Urgarmug's Fabricator is a tiny tattoo creation of an extinct Ardon God who desired for machine to rule over the organic. Any machine or construct controlled by Urgarmugs Fabricator serves the whims of the extinct Ardon God. Urgarmugs Fabricator cannot be attuned or controlled by any creature. If any machine or construct takes an action that is not a move action within 720" of Urgarmugs Fabricator, Urgarmugs Fabricator attempts to bind with the machine or construct. The machine or construct must make two DC 18 charisma savings throws.

On two failures, Urgarmugs Frabricator takes control of the machine or construct, subliminally directing it to act in favour of its savage master, the machine or construct gains DR 3 (or additional 3 if DR alreday exists), gains AC +2 and HP +10 and +2 on all proficiency and savings throws
On one failure, Urgarmugs Fabricator forces another savings throw (per step one) in 24 hours
A machine or construct that mkaes two svaings throws in a row is immune from the effects of Urgarmugs Fabricator.
